which focuses on natural langu‌Ω₹age understanding and generation, is one of the most important r ≤↕±esearch directions in artificial ≠™'∑intelligence. It is the theoretical ba®≠₽sis of large language m£ odels and is known as t§♠×​he "crown jewel of art∏♥®ificial intelligence". ACL, founded in 1962, is the mos♥γ$‌t influential and dynamic interna≤' tional academic organiza♦×tion in the world in this fie"®ld, with members in 62 countries a≠¥nd regions, represent∏ ing the highest interna¶✘tional level in this f"‌→™ield. ACL Fellows are awarded to s✘÷cientists and engine™↔★✘ers who have made outstandin☆∞≥✔g academic and educational ™≈☆achievements and outstanding cont>≈>£ributions to the societ‍♥y. ACL Fellows were established i¥$♣ n 2011 and are selected aδ ₩•nnually. Professor Zhang Min has been engageπα₽≤d in research on natural language  ∑processing, machine transla♦₹tion and large models for∞π"£ a long time. He is the chief scientist of Ruoy↑±"πu Technology, a professor of Harbin ∏£←Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), →©a specially appointed assistant to ≠ ‍±the president, the dean of the Institut Ωe of Computing and Intelligenc♥β♠ e, a national outstandi✔₹'¶ng young scientist, a canαΩ≠didate of the "National Hunλ×dred Thousand Talents Project&quo >↑$t;, a young and middle-aged expert w££ith outstanding contributions to t∑≥φhe country, and enjoys the State Coun↓§±"cil subsidy. 

He has published more th←↑an 200 CCF A/B confere±♣¥nce and journal papers, published 2 ₽φ Springer monographs, edited 16 Engl$★£αish monographs (collections of€ε papers), won 5 provincial, minist✔♥≥♦erial and national fi₩ ≥rst-level academic soci♦•‌ety science and technology progr<☆☆ess awards, and won the↑® ¥ best paper of top acade¥☆mic conferences at home φ☆‌↓and abroad many times. Professor Zhang Min is < the head of the "Pengc​€heng Peacock Team" i$‍δn Shenzhen, the director of t ∏he Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Larg ←φ♣e Model Intelligence and§ε↑÷ Security, and the directo↑∏±αr of the Large Model and Generation C♥♠ommittee of the Chines​Ωe Information Processi≥ σng Society of China. The©≥¶• Computing and Intellige£"nce Research Institu‍↑te of Harbin Institute of Technology π↕α$(Shenzhen), currently led by Profes ←sor Zhang Min, focuses on the compu'¥♦tational intelligence and security t÷★♣echnology of large models.  ​≠The team includes more than ₩≥40 young and middle-aged frontline scho↔φ≤₩lars. Its independently developed &qu♠φot;Lizhi" series of multi-languag>↓e large models is one of the ∞®★$few large models in China with∞£$ completely independent δ≥intellectual property ri™₹ghts.
